Nike Air Force 1 Low '01 ‘NYC’ Celebrates The Knicks’ Championship Win

The Knicks secured the 2026 NBA championship in 5, and Nike continues to keep New York’s franchise legacy alive with its latest Air Force 1 Low ’01 'NYC' offering.

Nike Air Force 1 Low '01 'NYC'

Introduction:

Celebrating a defining moment in Knicks history in a city that never sleeps, this release is loud with city pride, dedication, and on-court gravitas from the players who have created yet another cornerstone for the franchise.

Design Details:

Paying homage to the Knicks’ renowned home jersey, this version keeps true to AF1’s DNA with a relatively clean white leather build, while hits of blue add a pop of colour to the Swooshed sidewalls, the 'NYC' wordmark on the tongue, and the branded heel.

Dressing up the medial and vamp swooshes are touches of orange, giving a final team-colours stamp. A seamless, clean finish that gives every Knickerbocker that extra touch of glory with every step.

The Championship Win:

For extra context, the New York Knicks have recently secured their first NBA Championship title in over 53 years against the San Antonio Spurs, claiming victory in a slim 94-90 lead in Game 5. Led by head coach Mike Brown, the franchise became the first to pull off the league double by winning both the regular-season Emirates NBA Cup and the Larry O'Brien trophy in the same year.
